I had a nice surprise on the 16th of October. I logged onto PocketSmith and saw that my bank account had an additional $684 in there. I am a customer and shareholder of Meridian but have never attended a shareholder meeting so I thought it was worth the one hour drive to check it out. And as predicted by my father and law, the catering was excellent!
Having purposefully just returned from America on Monday two days BEFORE the American election I had an inkling that things might get a little crazy.
It has taken me quite some time to learn about diversification and the impact it can have on my investing. But it turns out that I was actually diversifying even when I still had debt.
