If YES, can you please elaborate. I have a blog/Instagram called '@kiwigirlonabudget' and I share as much knowledge as I can to show that financial freedom can be achieved.

What is your greatest financial win? Becoming debt free in 39 months - starting with $566,000 of debt!

What is your worst financial mistake? Purchasing three investment properties during the 'high' in NZ - they were interest only and we borrowed 100%.

What advice do you have for others? Live below your means. Get on a written budget. Cut your expenses. Stand in your truth - don't try and keep up with anyone else or drive fancy cars for the "status" of being rich. Read and find out as much as you can about finances and pay off all your debt. Enjoy the simple life and eating at home!

What is the point of having a net worth above $1,000,000. What does it mean to you? It’s a sense of satisfaction - of a job well done. Also super proud of how far we have come - creating our own wealth from nothing. Also, a sense of financial peace tucked away that we will be okay.

Finish these sentences:

If you want to build wealth do this… Invest early.

If you want to build wealth avoid doing this… Getting into debt and keeping up with the Joneses. It'll destroy you.

If these questions don’t adequately tell your story, feel free to briefly elaborate here: Thank you 'The Happy Saver' for being part of our journey towards debt free freedom and now 'millionaire' status. You have been part of our success helping us to invest and meeting you in Queenstown was definitely one of my highlights this year (2019). Anyone can become debt free and a millionaire - just don't ever give up!
